It is meant to alternate between flow and stationary poses as you connect with your body and show it compassion and love. This form of Yoga in conjunction with the Parinama Yoga Module is an amazing and innovative way to help transform the body, the mind and the soul.

Often referred to as the Practice of Quiet Power, Mindfulness and loving kindness are the heart of this form of yoga. Its all about finding balance in our bodies. In this practice we get our bodies in safe and controlled positions and hold them anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
