Parinama is the Sanskrit word for Transformation.
Designed by Laney Canejo, this is a form of gentle yoga, and as it's name indicates, it is designed to transform your body, mind and spirit.
It incorporates gentle poses and the breath, with Trauma Release Exercises and ends with a longer Shavasana - which will include tailored guided imagery. It is innovative in nature and very relaxing.
Laney has been trained in Yoga for Trauma Sensitive individuals so the use of props and modifications is very much a part of each class. Each class is different depending on size and the individual needs of student.
